Strawberry Vanilla Oatmeal Recipe
Serves 1
Ingredients:
2 tsp Moon Balance Mix
1cup plant-based milk
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup strawberries, diced
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients, except the Moon Balance mix, in a small pot.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring often to prevent burning or sticking.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the Moon Balance mix.
4. Serve in a bowl, add your favorite toppings (if desired) and enjoy!
