We partnered with our friends at Thistle to create a smoothie using our best-selling Forever Beautiful Mix.
You're going to love this smooth and creamy peanut butter paired with bright, tart berry chia pudding!
Forever Beautiful PB & J Smoothie Recipe
Layer 1: Raspberry Seed Granola
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup hemp seeds
2 tbsp freeze dried raspberries, crumbled
1/8 tsp sea salt
2 tsp sunflower oil
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 300F.
Combine all ingredients (except the freeze-dried raspberries) in a small bowl and toss to coat.
Transfer to a sheet tray and bake in the oven at 300F for 20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool and mix in the freeze-dried raspberries.
Store in an air-tight container for one week.
Layer 2: Berry Chia Pudding
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
2 tsp Forever Beautiful Mix
2/3 cup plant-based milk
1/3 cup frozen mixed berries
1 tsp maple syrup
2 tbsp chia seeds
Directions
Blend all ingredients (except chia seeds) in the blender until smooth.
Add the chia seeds and pulse to incorporate.
Transfer to a bowl or container and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes, until the seeds absorb the liquid and the mixture has thickened.
Layer 3: Peanut Butter Smoothie
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
1 cup oat milk (or mylk of choice)
1 cup frozen bananas or 2 fresh bananas
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup ice (optional if using fresh bananas)
Directions
While the Forever Beautiful Berry Chia is sitting in the refrigerator, combine all of the Peanut Butter Smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
To assemble the smoothie, begin with a layer of Forever Beautiful Berry Chia
Top with Peanut Butter Smoothie and sprinkle with Raspberry Seed Granola
