According to food historians (yes, they exist) carrot cake descended from Medieval times! And although this vegan carrot cake snack recipe is much different than what they served, one thing is certain, this recipe will surely withstand the test of time. 


These no-bake protein balls are perfect for when you need a mid-day pick-me-up or a pre-workout snack. They contain 7 simple ingredients and are made without any artificial ingredients or added sugar.

Carrot Cake Bliss Balls

VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE | Makes 10-12 balls

INGREDIENTS:
2 tsp Golden Mellow Mix

2 tsp Plant Protein Mix

Pitted dates

Almonds

Walnuts

Shredded carrot

Oats

Shredded coconut (optional) 



DIRECTIONS:

1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until sticky. 

2. Using your hands, roll the mixture into balls. 

3. Roll the balls in extra shredded coconut, if desired. 

4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
