Blueberry Overnight Oats RECIPE
Serves 1 | VEGAN
Ingredients:
• 2 tsp Plant Collagen Mix

• 1 cup plant-based milk
• ¾ cup (gluten free) quick oats
• ½ cup blueberries
• ¼ cup chopped almonds
• ¼ cup chopped dates or 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 3 tbsp (coconut) yogurt
Directions:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a jar or bowl.
